Friday Finds: Flats for Less!

I don't know about you, but I just love a cute pair of flats. Being a teacher, I practically wear flats every day during the school year. I have splurged on several pair since I do wear them so often and need them to be comfortable since I am on my feet all day. Although, just because I need comfy shoes to wear in the workplace, does not mean that they have to be boring! Why not add in some fun stripes or leopard print to brighten up an outfit? I definitely feel better when I am wearing cute flats at work rather than plain ole black flats. If I find comfortable enough flats that can take me through the workday and then to dinner afterwards, then it is worth it to me to splurge on them. However, we can't splurge on every pair of shoes we buy so I am always on the lookout for more budget friendly alternatives. And truth be told, some of my most expensive pairs of shoes are the least comfortable! Don't you hate that? These look for less options are easy on the wallet, but still cute and on trend. You can actually get all four of the looks for less for $100 which is less than a single splurge option below! How awesome is that?

  5. I would definitely save, but don't plan to purchase any of the studded flats or heels. Even though they are all the craze right now ;)

  6. LOL I tend to save most of the time, but do have a few pair of Tory flats that I love because they're so comfy! I think the striped ones are my fave too :)

  7. I should qualify that statement. There are a few things I splurge on like boots and purses! Somethings are worth splurging because they last so much longer. I've been debating a pair of Tory flats. Good to know they are comfortable!

  10. I can't deal with life when I fall in love with a pair of flats to find out they are like $200!! $200 on a pair of uncomfortable shoes? lol! $30 is sooo much better...and to be honest, they usually end up being way more comfy:)

  11. I would have to agree, I also splurge on boots and handbags. I should justify my Tory flats being comfy, my Revas are only comfy for the first few hours so I will not be purchasing any more of them. I do, however, live in my Caroline flats because they are super comfy. I also ordered a pair of the Eddie flats to try because they are supposedly as comfy as the Carolines!

  12. I tend to scope things out online and go in with an idea of what I am looking for, otherwise the store can be a bit overwhelming sometimes!

  13. Aren't they so cute? They were still available online the last time I checked :( Someone mentioned looking for them in the sale section in store so maybe try that.

  14. I hate spending a lot on shoes only to find that they are not comfortable! Spending less and getting a comfy pair is always a win in my book!

  15. I looked for every single one of those pairs of Forever 21 shoes in May, and my store, (which is ginormous) didn't have ANY of them in my size. Boo. Guess it was a sign I didn't need even more pairs in my overflowing closet. Time to clean it out and look again ;-)

  16. What a bummer! My store never has a very big selection of shoes and when they do have a pair I like they normally don't have my size :( Maybe I didn't need them either.
