Mix and Match

Plaid: JCPenney (love this and this) | Skirt: Target (option) | Heels: DSW (love these) | Clutch: c/o Mimic Design | Watch: Kate Spade | Bracelet: Loren Hope | Necklace: c/o The Pearl Source | Earrings: J.Crew Factory | Ring: David Yurman | Lipstick: Urban Decay - Manic

I am always looking for ways to incorporate more causal pieces into my work wardrobe like this plaid top for example. And today's look was my attempt at doing just that. Since my look has a lot of print mixing going on, I decided to keep my accessories to a minimum and opted for a classic pearl necklace from The Pearl Source. How do you transition casual wear into work wear?

  6. Beautiful outfit today. Love the print-mixing. The skirt (I own an identical one), heels, plaid shirt and clutch are all gorgeous. I love that this is both work-chic and preppy. Well done.
